AT&T - Flood Discount 50%

So i get my ATT bill today and once again no discount. I call them up and they are saying itll be 3 billing cycles before a discount is given. Anyone else been told this?

My boss was bitching about this exact thing today... he said he is only going to pay for the service he recieved... 5 days of no service is pretty easy to calculate

Does not look like you will get that credit boss. They should have done it for this cycle when the data would be of concern. Note: I am an AT&T customer not living in LA.

Welp i just called AT&T paid off my NEXT plan and im contract free. Iphone 7 is announced tomorrow so im gonna switch to Verizon and get the 7 and be done with AT&T.
They tried to offer me more data for free like that would make me rethink it. No thanks.

we have 3 new iphone 6 and they said we would have to buy their iphones and i was like WTF!!! anyone else told this ? it stopped me from switching right there.

Been having shite problems with AT&T service at home too.
Didn't have internet/phone for 2 weeks in July, complained, said I'd get credit for 2 weeks. Of course, no credit when bill came in, called back, said it'll reflect this month. Just got the bill, still nothing.
Called back, told them cancel it and remove the bill because I'm not paying it. got a 15 minute sob story of why leave after 15+ years, told them ain't dealing with it and cancelled it. Not paying for it either, AT&T can DIAF

Meh my issue was they didn't want to move up my renewal date in order for me to get a replacement phone. Then there was no discount on the data I went over for those 3 days I was helping people.

Yeah, I'm technically paying for my last 3 months because it is cheaper than paying the contract opt out. So I cut out data and text from the phone and pay 80 bucks between 2 phones now.
