Correct he even said he tweeked his ankle or something like this after the game. Then said he wanted back in but admitted he was still hurt so coach kept him sitting being how they had a whole season ahead. He was tough to stop but again we were young everywhere and he was just a great back. I think we shut whisky out in this game. No more than 10 points imo. Like 34-10 unless we give them some penalties or TOs. Then I can see them getting 20 points. I just think we will shut the run game down and make them one dimensional. With our secondary I see interceptions coming and we get a few short fields to score a few easy ones. You never know but I think the Tigers are going to come out and prove something here. GT

I think it was a hip, and it was some weird dynamic with GA where Gordon actually was ok to go back in, but GA didn't know or something. Eff that guy.

They lost 35-17 in their opener last season.. would that be a blow out?

That was a blowout (it was 35-10 when Saban called off the attack), as was another game to a team that went on to win the national championship. Other than those games, Wisconsin hasn't lost by more than 20 since 2008.
So if you end up winning by over 3 touchdowns on a neutral field against Wisconsin, congratulations on your national championship.

Yeah, Bama trucked us pretty good. You know it's a bad day when you've got them in 3rd and 26 and Kenyon Drake goes the distance.

Though, we did have them 14-7 at half (and it should have been 14-10, but fatty bricked a 34 yarder).

I predict a blowout victory for LSU. I think it will be 42-14. Wisconsin lacks the talent, the coaching, the desire, and the will to work hard. People from Wisconsin are low energy people who are not winners.

I work with two guys who attended and are big fans of UW. Both are expecting the worst hoping for best.

Yes...because unless LSU blows out a ranked team they don't play up to their "potential".

take a look back several years and count the big losses. Very few.

And yea, the 18 point loss to the eventual national champion last year counts as a blowout.

If we win by 18, I'll be thrilled. Just think it's going to be tighter than many on this board think.

Have you even watched Wisconsin football over the past 15 years????

Yes. How many national titles have they contended for? None. When they went to the Rose Bowl it was down years for the Big Ten. Look at their non-conference schedules. Playing LSU is a big deal for them because they have historically played bad teams.

Wisconsin people are low energy who don't have high expectations for their football program. They would rather go 9-3 and go to the Rose Bowl by having Ohio State or Michigan State go to the playoffs.

Wisconsin fans are crude, vile, hostile people who will try to make LSU fans experiences bad.

This is also patently ridiculous and false.

I expect a great game. I have always liked Wisconsin
and that like and respect grew when we played them last time. I of course think LSU wins because I'm an LSU fan, I don't have a problem with Wisky fans thinking their team can win, why shouldn't they?
Wisconsin has a fine team and I love the fact that we are playing them again to open the season, sure is
a lot better than a rent to win game.

Thanks! And totally agree. I'd rather lose a game like this than win a meaningless game against some 1-AA team. Hell, I've been thinking about and talking about this game for four years. Talk about a way to energize the fanbases and get some great exposure for the programs.

You can also find him on GopherHole from time-to-time.

*Just did a quick Google search to confirm. He's certainly posted on GopherHole. Username currently reads, "Banned."

That's why I asked if he was a gopher fan. There aren't many of them, but the ones that are committed certainly don't like UW (for obvious reasons...being facilities, tradition, recent history, recruiting, culture, atmosphere, etc etc).
