It's barely a cat 1 hurricane. Frankly, I think they lied just to bump it up to hurricane status.

Hoping for the best over in Florida but it sure is nice that southeast LA was spared anymore rain.

The place is called SeaBreeze, in Cedar Key. Google has a good view of it, when dry.

I'm in Panama City Beach and there's not a single drop of rain or whiff of wind to be found anywhere.

Cedar Key is fortunate that Hermine is coming ashore at low tide. The water has risen over 5 feet above normal tide, but the overall water level is 4 feet lower than it would be at high tide.
