Anyone know if you can take 10 west at Siegen all the way to 49 N at Lafayette right now, or do you have to get on 190?
i wish you would use smaller words.
10W at Siegen to I49 should be open. There may be some stretches down to 1 lane.
As far as once you are in Laffy, I know a friend that had to take his family Ville Platte Friday was able to return to his subdivision late Sunday night. But I don't think he is getting cell service.

This has all been so crazy
Past three days I've dealt with my family/friends who all live in central/ denham, and just when I think the worst is over, it falls over to Ascension where I work and know a lot of great people and coworkers that have me worried. And in a twisted irony I live in an area that looks like it never even rained in. I'm just finding it hard to sleep with all this going around me, despite being safe myself

i'm not sure I'd trust Waze either as cell service seems to be spotty at best.
I10 w at I49 is closed. You might want to jump off at exit 109 in Breaux Bridge.

Reports of knee deep water at Burbank/Bluebonnet

East of 431 is where the real problems are. Weber City was fine last night, but with New River running along it, probably not out of the woods yet.

North or south of Burbank?

What's the street name of 929?
Hornsby Rd I think. I just always called in 929 where it turns north.

Joe Sevario and 42 is bad, I fear. At 6pm yesterday, couldn't even make it all the way to 42. 933 was as far down Joe Sevario as was passable.

Lsugrad35,
I live right next to new River canal off 429. I put a stick near the water line at approximately 11:30 pm. The water is roughly 3 inches past where I put the stick

Don't suppose anyone came upon a car wreck between Essen and CCLA last night?
Me and SO hot in spat after being holed up together for three days and she and friends went out. I went to help family and friends in Zachary.
Have not heard anything from any of them since midnight and am starting to get worried because she refused to listen to me about flooded roads the entire way home.
I don't know if I'm more angry or scared right now and I'm in Zachary. Can't sleep, and the water is picking up by her house. And she won't acknowledge me.

Not much to report from Keystone right now. Waters look like they are finally slowing down. Was rising pretty fast between midnight and 3:00. Definitely hasn't risen as fast as it was which is a plus.
Lots of prayers out. People definitely got hit hard in Ascension parish tonight.
