One of the most fun things is playing with your bros all night .

Halo 2 with the entire dorm playing on lan was probably the most fun I've ever had playing a game. MW2 got close but was nowhere near as sustained.

Kart is #1 by a country mile. It ticks all the boxes.
Super Smash Bros. is probably tied with Power Stone 2
Then Bomberman, Guitar Hero/Rock Band, Mario Tennis, NBA Jam/NFL Street
I tend to think Hockey is the best 4 player sports game, so any good iteration of NHL works, then maybe Fifa.

We had a 4 way ladder match on this game that went on for 2 hours with no winner. We finally stopped because we were hungry. My face hurt from laughing so hard.
