Congrats again to Belowpar

I'm beginning to think belowpar is Les Miles' secretary...or possibly Les Miles!

From what I've read I expect belowpar is close to Bertman's camp not Miles. Anyhow I'm not trying to start any rumors because I don't know jack. But something does smell though. Think about it, Herbstreit breaks news just before the SECCG Miles to Michigan and even goes as far to say Tenuta will be the DC. Did they really screw that up that bad, Maybe? Later that day LSU reports Miles has a new deal, but does he? It is the existing deal with added years, no pay increase and the same 1.25 million buyout clause and. Hmmmm... Why keep the buyout the same, why not make it 10 milliom if he's not leaving? I'll tell you why because Les Miles won't sign it, that's why. He cannot shut the door on Michigan. Now everyone in the Bayou is happy and LSU wins the SECCG. Later that night the the domino's fall into place LSU makes it to the MCG. Then, I don't remember what press conference it is but I remember Les saying how happy he is but he wishes he could be a two places at once. Almost teary eyed while he says it. WTF does that mean??? Do you really want your HC to wish he could be at Michigan and LSU.

Early the next week reports come out of Ann Arbor Miles agent tries and contact Martin prior to announcing the deal with LSU but our dumb arse AD doesn't return the call. shite hits the fan in Ann Arbor. Ex players, Alumni and fans want Miles and can't believe that it was screwed up. Michigan makes a BS play at Schiano when most everyone know he's not leaving Rutgers he's waiting for Joe Pa to die. Everything is still quiet in Baton Rouge or is it. Mary Sue Coleman the President of Michigan with Bill Martin makes a call to Les Miles on Friday the day after inked his supposed new deal. The conversation per Les Miles is their looking coaching candidates.

In a interview this morning Skip Bertman didn't even know about the contact between MSC and Miles. In todays press conference Les says he's staying again. Hooray... I really didn't jhear anything I haven't already heard. You have a championship game to play what else did you expect Miles to say. I don't believe Miles is leaving Baton Rouge but come January 8th if he does it wouldn't surprise me.

No doubt we will most likely never know "all" the details of what actually transpired to get us to this point...
What I do know at this time is that Les will be coaching LSU next year...and that makes me very happy as an LSU fan.

Les hasn't hidden from his love and affection for UM and his history there, I find that to be admirable! The fact that he's staying here says a lot about how he feels about LSU also...

One of the main reason I want LSU to keep him is because he's a man of honor and integrity. If he does what you are suggesting, he's neither!

I'll be SHOCKED if that happens after the definitive statements coach Miles has made.

Nick Saban, Yes....Les Miles, NO! He's not wired that way. Being a "Michigan Man" seems like you would understand that...
