"White Guilting": starting at young age

Guess people need to counter it with "white priding"

Never thought about the band aids. (Flesh color) It might not be a bad idea to market a few more tones.

Don't have to bust your arse to live up to your parent's expectations.

Don't have to deal with insane expectations from bosses.

Don't saddle yourself with the responsibility of saving a ton of money for your child's education.

Don't have to spend hours a night teaching your children their text books beyond what is required.

Don't feel the need to take your family on vacations out of the country.

I harbor no guilt. I'm damn happy and proud I'm white. My family, ancestors, and peers work hard and we are rewarded for it. Anyone who wants reparations for things that happened over 250 years ago can eat shite. Every single person in America today has the same opportunity to make something of themselves. I don't have kids but fat fricking chance I'd ever let them spend 10 minutes in a classroom teaching that.

I don't get how we approach the whole race issue. The world is filled with different types of people, you respect everyone the same, stay true to who you are and there is no race greater than or deserves more than other races. BOOM.

While whites owned the majority of slaves, there were black families who owned slaves as well. After slaves were freed, yes they were not treated fair. Blacks did not have the same opportunities as whites, but there were poor whites who didn't have the same opportunities as rich whites.

Is the "white guilt" a result of slavery or is it do to the fact blacks are perceived to be treated different by whites who have authority? Look, I am not in the least bit a racist. I know there are good and bad people in general. Every race has its own stereotypes, but that's just the way it is. Sometimes its not fair, but what in life is fair? In today's world, in this country, everyone has the opportunity to be successful. You can either blame your problems are the world or don't let your problems get in the way and tackle life head on. The idea that "white guilt" is something that people think should be taught is just crazy.

One of the benefits of being Muslim is you don't get killed in a cafe if you can recite the Koran. I don't there's much guilt for those who were spared from Islam terrorist after being able to recite the Koran because they were Muslim
