Office Pet Peeves

Does anyone else deal with someone at your job that does any of the following?
-Forwards you emails with nothing more than "FYI" when you were copied on the original email
-Uses phrases including, but not limited to: "let's circle back", "I'll run it up the flag pole", "minutia", "working hard or hardly working?" or any other douche-esque sayings like that (case of the Monday's is an acceptable answer)
-Only talks on speakerphone, but wears the little bluetooth LG headset
-Just drops into your office to do nothing more than gossip about shite you don't care about because you're busy actually doing your job
These are all, typically, exhibited by one guy in my office. Thank Christ I have a door
What are some annoying things the OT deals with on a regular basis that makes them want to commit workplace violence?

Fat people that don't keep their phones on vibrate or silent.
Fat people who lay back in their fat chairs and talk with their fat voice while on speakerphone. Even if it's just a quick call.
Fat women who bring 10 grocery bags in and take up the whole kitchen to prepare their gourmet salad while talking to other fat women about food.

I have a hard time understanding that people have stinky shits, buy I try to ignore it.
There's one lady who shits, then closes the door when she leaves. I guess she does this hoping nobody notices in the hall. But then it becomes a ticking time bomb waiting for the next person to open the door and WHAM since it's been stewing for an hour.
We have a small office with apartment-type bathrooms.

I don't let other people bother me. I focus on my job, don't take breaks, and let the chips fall where they may. You waste energy worrying about what other people are doing. I'm cordial but I'm not there to make friends.
