So a lot of well respected YouTube movie critics were liars? At least 4 said it was bad and to wait until it hit instant streaming.
Also, at least 3 who saw the movie in this thread said it was bad. ...yet YOUR review is more qualified than theirs? Interesting.
Until we as a species come up with some sort of objective method of establishing the quality of personal taste, none of this matters (though the phrase "well respected YouTube movie critics" provides ample cognitive dissonance to keep philosophers busy for ages.) They said it was bad and told people not to watch it in theaters. The person you're replying to says it's good and not to listen to the people saying not to watch it in theaters. Getting upset over the disagreement is completely silly unless you get upset with these YouTube critics as well.
If and when I see it, I will form my opinion and won't give a single frick about whether people who aren't me think it's a bad opinion. And I certainly won't give a frick about people who refuse to watch it in the first place.

Geez, so angry. Why are you responding if you don't care? Obviously if you really didn't care you'd see the movie and not post anything because. ....you don't care, right?

At no point did those critics say don't listen to other opinions either.

Huh? What are you babbling about? My point was that I won't get upset about differing opinions, as you're clearly doing. Or are you twelve years old and think that using the scary "f" word indicates rage?

That's what's wrong with all of this. There are way too many critics.

Ok, just got out of it. What a load of shite. This is supposed to be a Ghostbusters movie?
But before I lay a big steaming load on this abortion, let me go through the things that are good in it:
1) Kate McKinnon: Honestly she's great in it. Not on the floor laughter, but the shite lines she was saying were making me laugh. She's clearly the MVP of this movie and in the hands of another actress, her role would have fallen flat. But she's fantastic and I think will be the biggest female star from SNL in the shows history. Not very Ghostbusters like, but still a standout performance.
2) Chris Hemsworth is passable. Not great or good, but passable.
Now for everything else.
Wig and McCathy didn't produce a single laugh for me. Piss poor performances from both of them and hollow imitations of Murray and Ackroid. There was no substance whatsoever or real chemistry.
Which leads to the I'm sure to be the Oscar nominated performance of Leslie Jones. Whichever critic that said her performance was a "revelation" should be kicked off the T-Meter, unless of course that revelation has to do with the single worst performance of all time. I would venture to say I heard "Aw Hell Naw" 5 or 6 times during the film. I don't understand not being incredibly insulted by this performance if you're a black person. Her performance is racist and not funny.
And speaking of prejudices, it paints all men as stupid, evil, or inept. Yeah we have to wait for the women to come in and save us. My crowd was about 50/50 men and women, and I never heard an audible male laugh that wasn't gay. If white men did this with Bridesmaids, it would be a career ender for every person involved.
The fact that this has a higher T-Meter than Interstellar is the most laughable thing to ever happen on the site. It's pure shite. Take me for an emmisary and don't see it. It is the second worst film of the year next to Batman V Superman.

Nah. Kate McKinnon added at least something to every other scene, and aside from the overwhelming murder of ghosts, there weren't any huge plotholes as far as I'm aware. BvS was shite across the board, and as dreary of a character Batman is, Affleck wasn't enough to lift the film. McKinnon was. It would be down another half a star if she wasn't in it with another actress delivering the exact same lines.

Where they got their money that funded their entire enterprise?
In Ghostbusters the original Venkman and Egon got Ray to take out a 3rd mortgage on his house.
I heard this was an unexplained part.

Clearly a chauvinistic virgin loser with an agenda, if you can't see that this classic is better than Nolan's space epic then I can't help you.

I watched it last night and I thought it was better than advertised. But in no way was it better than Interstellar.
The only reason it was good was because of Kate McKinnon.

My review:
Not as funny as GB1
As funny as GB2
The best special effects by far.
The best action scenes (wow, McKennon's action scenes were amazing) by far.
I'd say that it's more of a mix of adventure/comedy than the previous films.
Kids will like this.

They'll love the queef jokes and dick shot at the end?

Really surprised to see the love for McKinnon. I thought she was just so weirdly out of place and acted more like she suffers from a mental disorder, and not just being "quirky."

Completely agree. I thought her character was terrible.

Is there a queef joke? Did they shoot the monster in the dick at the end? Yes or no?

You said "queef jokes". There was one.
And to quote Bill Murray, the monster at the end "had no dick".
