I saw this on Facebook from a white guy named Ron Clark which as a black man I agree with him and belive he has a good understanding of the way a black people view that issue through their prisms. See below

It takes white people to have the courage to speak up when you hear racism and let others know it's not acceptable. The cops out there who are racist have had their thoughts fed into them by family members and friends who were also raised to have those thoughts. People aren't born racist; their community makes them racist. We, as part of the community, have a duty to stand up and speak out. We all must stand against ignorance and let our voices and options be heard before those we love become #hashtags as well.
Posts like this by African Americans are seen in the eyes of many as angry rants. Posts like this from white people will be looked at differently. It is our obligation to stand up.
Where are the white people at?

What the hell kind company do you work for? I've seen plenty of black people fired in the construction industry. Plenty of all races for that matter.
I think that white privilege may be real when dealing with police or the courts. But on a day to day basis, I think it can be overblown in many locations.
Tbh, if I was a young black man, I'd move to a liberal place like Colorado or Oregon. You'd be exotic, and it would be very easy to get laid. There'd be so many women hitting on you, it would be hard to maintain a relationship.

not really. I acknowledged that in the 60s there were legitimate, actual systems/barriers in place for blacks. I fully understand that black people then were at a major disadvantage in basically all facets of life compared to whites. However, this isn't the 60s. The barriers in place for the blacks of the 60s don't exist these days. "White privliege" used to be a thing, it's not now. It's just a phrase popularized by the left and blacks to explain away their own unwillingless to make something better of themselves.

How many upper class southern white women are bringing home indian or native american or hispanic guys?
White women mainly dating white men isn't some deep seeded slight towards blacks, it's just human nature.

As someone pointed out... there are small kernels of truth in this but it is nothing to be ashamed about.
Look at it through a macroeconomic view. How many successful white countries are there? Asian countries? Black countries?
Yes, white people have historically created powerful nations for themselves and as a result have had jobs in places of influence. Connections are everything in the corporate world so white people normally do have a leg up.... and this is where reverse discrimination has come into play. You see Asians, Indians, and even Hispanics taking advantage of these opportunities that are afforded them.
The Black community needs to wake up and realize that hard work and not hand outs are the answer. Complaining gets you NOWHERE in life! I'm painting with a very broad brush and there are PLENTY of exceptions to this illustration but overall is fairly accurate.

I can understand that life is different for different people. That being said, I had to work two jobs when I first graduated college to survive. I busted my arse, worked every single day for around 5 months, and usually worked around 65 to 75 hours a week. It didn't matter that I was white.

I didn't know they checked race when giving a Student Loan for college.
I didn't know that it's illegal to not hire someone due to color.
I didn't know you could work a simple job like retail and get a room mate and work your arse off all the way through college.
I didn't know you couldn't be hired as an engineer if you are of color.
Oh wait....
What if I told you in my hiring class of 14, there are a grand total of 2 white folks in that class.
Two of the coolest co workers I have are legit African-American (meaning they came across the Atlantic.) One of my co workers father is an amazing man who runs a school in South Dallas.
People of color who scream white privilege while placing a arbitrary blockade in front of themselves is sickening and detrimental to the many people of color I know who are doing quite amazing things.
