How much is because of contributions?

My contributions have remained the same @ 6% with the company match being an additional 6% .
My change in market value has been a net positive.

Im guessing most of you guys use Fidelity? I am 90% invested in Vang Tar RET 2050 Stocks and the other 10% is retirement funds.

Mostly Vanguard for me but my wife's 401K is with Fidelity.

Slightly up. I am mostly in momentum or risk parity strategies so my large concentrations of TLT and leveraged long-term bonds like UBT and TMF are up huge and are offsetting losses in QQQ.
Will the bond bubble burst? That's the big question but as long as SPY/TLT have negative correlations, risk parity between stocks and bonds will outperform.

Up 8% YTD, but that is mostly due to luck.

Me: Up 0.84%
Wife: Down 0.88%
I'm okay with that considering the year we've had.
