Why does Louisiana suck so bad?

Drivers are terrible
Roads are almost undrivable
Politicians are corrupted
Education is second to worst only to Mississippi
Honestly they should just drop a nuke on Nola and start rebuilding.
Everytime I try to find a reason of why I should move back, I'm reminded of how badly it sucks

It's never going to implode but it continue to have to face crisis after crisis until the people decide to fundamentally change their policy of ignoring issues until they make the front page
