Skin on is hit or miss imo. I loved it. 2 others didn't. One fed it to his dogs and ordered a skirt instead

ETA: also, how many people are in your party? If 4 or more I recommend the tasting menu then each person can get a different cut you can all share

Yea agree. They said it was good, but different. I think it was just right next to the skirt and hangar and they preferred those.

I disagree. While the tasting menu is a fantastic value, it misses the best apps on the menu. I also think they should tinker with this menu. It would be improved with some lighter/fresher options. IMO.

Wouldnt have ever ordered the skirt w skin since its cooked to tender and not cooked to order.... Until I tried someone elses. The crispy skin is divine.
