I did it in 2004, she initiated and he was ok with it but..it was kinda weird afterwards.

If she is hot enough, you're gay if you don't.
Then again, if you knock her up, hook up with her and then flee in the next morning, or date rape her, you're probably not worthy of being a friend in the first place.
