Had one at Sammys the other night. Not bad. Couldn't drink many but a decent summer beer for sure.

How does it compare to Purple Haze? It has been so long since I've had one of those, but remember it being decent for summer beer. I think I may have had the blueberry before, but if so it has been a long while as well.

Because there's always hope it will live up to Purple Haze, unlike every other fruit POS they have made.

Because I would like to try it.

Purple Haze is the truth and I do love me some Strawberry Harvest. I don't even mind the Satsuma one.

Speaking of Purple Haze, Trim Tab out of Birmingham has a raspberry sour that is similar to purple haze. To me it's purple haze on the front end then the bitter sour on the back end sets it apart.

I'll have to look for that. I'm running low in the beer fridge at the moment so I need to restock.

I bought a growler of 5th Anniversary Chocolate Raspberry Imperial Stout by Westbrook. I recommend if you like dark beers. 10% alc content.

They surely did something blueberry in the past, right? I remember trying something while I was in New Orleans several years ago.

Makes sense. Trim Tab makes shitty beer. Should be perfect for you.

+1, for me, it goes great with a summer bbq or crawfish boil in the spring.

Oddly enough I saw it in Atlanta last weekend but I haven't seen it anywhere in Louisiana yet.
