My plants are really starting to produce. I have 3 good sized ones and a couple smaller ones that are sitting in the kitchen. I've never canned or made sauce from scratch before, but leaning towards one or the other. Any other suggestions? Maybe Salsa or Pico.

Salsa

Honestly one of my favorite snacks is sliced fresh tomatoes with a bit of salt. Delicious

I made a ton of this last year. Great on grilled chicken, too.

Dont ruin good home grown maters like that. Just keep it simple.

Slice- salt and pepper. Eat it like that or put it on a BLT.

A simple tomato and cheese sandwich (with a litte mayo) is a great pleasure in life.

Get some white bunny bread.

Cut the tomatoes semi-thick

Put a little mayo on the bread, then the tomatoes, then a little salt and pepper.

Enjoy.

Why not just go for a caprese salad? Some fresh mozz, fresh basil, s&p, evoo and balsamic

No reason to mask the beautiful tomatoes by making a salsa/pico

Try slicing them and putting mozerella and basil, and broil them in the oven. Tastes like a pizza
