Got into a wreck on my bike this weekend. Head hit the concrete, but the helmet wasn't damaged really. I had a slight headache, but it went away. I finished the triathlon I was doing. Now 4 days later, lingering small headaches. Worth going to the doctor for?

You would be wise to see a doctor. Look at how Liam Neeson's wife died after a minor head bang. Probably should have listed your age and other issues you might have such as do you suffer sinus allergies.
