Miles probably maned up and paid the man. Our last guy at that position left for the same reason. We can't be cheap at those off the field positions.

Really wonder what we paid him and what we now are paying him. What's the going rate in the SEC for this kind of job, like $100-$200k a year?

Never actually filled the spot, this thing is weird all around.

Nah, he's the guy that organizes the team's entire recruiting base and scouting reports. Or at least he's the one that makes student workers do it.

Is it out of the rhelm of possibility he was undervalued and lsu didn't pony up the cash and so left. After only 3 months of his departure it was apparent they needed him back and offered enough ?

Shea on AFR saying Les has stayed on him the past 3 months. Ultimately made him a offer that was too good for Thomas to pass up.
