When I was in kindergarten and living in Texas, there were about 14 of us that went to an Indian reservation. I remember there was an old Indian that grabbed a big arse rattlesnake off the ground by the head and tail, then we were able to get close to it.
After we arrived back at the school, my parents picked me up and when we got home I received a hide tanning from my dad. I had forgotten the memo that I wasn't supposed to go on the trip because my parents had to somewhere instead of worrying where I was

We went to the Dam in 7th Grade.
My teacher kept making puns that I will never forget.
"Make sure you bring your Dam money for the Dam trip and ya'll better get your parents to sign the Dam Permission Slip or ya'll won't be getting on the Dam bus"

My cub scout troop took a field trip to Fort Polk once.
We got to watch them blow stuff up and eat in the chow hall, it was great.
