The perfect prepared shrimp or the perfect prepared oysters? Pick which of these sounds better to you.

The trifecta...Fried oysters on white bread, 1/2 dozen char-grilled and a dozen raw. I love shrimp, but I love oysters more.

oysters
and by perfectly prepared, you mean fresh, raw cold water oysters, right?

best way to cook shrimp - barbecue shrimp
best way to prepare oysters, if they're good - raw
if they're not quite as good - char grilled
bottom line - char grilled oysters beat all

Shrimp easily for me, I love them any way they are cooked.
I'll eat charbroiled oysters if someone ordered it as an appetizer for the table, but I'd never order them for myself.
