Most satisfying deaths in film? (Spoilers)

I finally got the chance to watch The Departed (after only 10 years of waiting) the other day. Towards the end of the film, I was becoming extremely pissed off after Costigan's (DiCaprio) death at the thought of Sullivan (Damon) getting off scot-free. Fortunately, Dignam (Wahlberg) wastes that lyin' son-of-a-bitch when he least expects it. Although the ending arguably goes a bit far in tying up all of the loose ends, I was still cheering after that bullet ripped through Sullivan's head.
Who are some other characters you were happy to see bite the bullet, figuratively and literally, in cinematic history?
I would also include Colonel William Tavington (Zane) in The Patriot being finished off with Benjamin Martin's bayonet.

Captain Vidal in Pan's Labyrinth was a good one.
"Tell my son what time his father died. Tell him..."
"No, he won't even know your name."

Well since the first post was what I came to post...
Sullivan's death was so deserved. Man I was livid in the theater when Costigan got shot. I was thinking who the hell? They just had an unknown person kill the main character. But then seeing Dignam with his shoes covered and the gun in his hand, it made everything else worth while.
Great movie begining to end, easily rewatchable too.

Benni's death in The Mummy, when his greed causes him to be trapped in the chamber with the scarabs and his torch runs out.
