At the time. Yeah.
It was tough getting going this morning. Especially after having to knock the rest out for breakfast.
I got moving though. Knocked out yard work. Feel better. Gonna try to zero carb the rest of the day (not including a few beers).

Feeling good. Zero cheats this week aside from 3 beers yesterday bit I skipped lunch. IF till 1:30 this afternoon.
I peaked at the scale yesterday and was under 186. Pants are fitting much looser.3 more weeks of hard core pain train to lose the final 5 lbs.

You're not doing keto right?
I would say find something that's a piece of a cheat, so you feel satisfied without feeling like you hate yourself after.
Like order a side of pulled pork and a salad, so you skip the bread/fries etc.
