Do you mean prep for the freezer?
Or to eat?
That's a lot of shrimp.

To eat. They're already in the freezer.
Was going to cook maybe two ziplocks tonight and save the rest for another week.

Brewbacher's is pretty shitty. Last time I went, I decided to stop giving them my business. I got a sirloin platter.. steak was obviously thrown on the griddle frozen.. Overcooked, basically well done, through 90% of the steak, medium line in the very center when I asked for medium rare.. steak was underseasoned, rubbery, steamed veggies were underseasoned. They keep their side salads in a cooler and none of their dressings are homemade and most taste like shite. I know they're not a steakhouse, but the meal was all but inedible. I walked out.
Had a decent weekend. Planned pizza cheat Friday, Thai food + light drinking Saturday after swimming at a friend's pool, and crawfish boil Sunday.. Thai food was tearing my stomach up so I didn't eat much crawfish.
Going to try to only weigh once a week on Fridays, but my curiosity tends to get the better of me

Carbed hard on Saturday. Celebrated good health so to speak.
Health assessment Thursday showed some good numbers.
Total Cholesterol 198
HDL: 80
Triglycerides: 45
Glucose: 80
BP: 115/70
Continuing to prove a diet consisting 90% of cracklin, beef jerky, chicken wings, steak, and Jameson is perfectly sustainable. Love all the comments I get whenever people see me eating cracklin.
Dexa Scan LINK for free scan from Tulane:
Above average bone density
18.5% body fat
5'9" 222lbs (scan showed 140lbs of water weight #hulk)
Mini fatty rewind to commemorate Arse's retirement -- Saturday's carb-fest:
Everything bagel from Humble Bagel for breakfast, lunch (crab beignets and alligator bolognese) at La Petite Grocery, Liuzza's Frenchuletta for dinner, and slice of praline doberge from Debbie Does Doberge/Bakery Bar for dessert.
Humble Bagel Everything Bagel:
LPG Crab Beignets:
LPG Alligator Bolognese:
Liuzza's Frenchuletta and Onion Rings:
Bakery Bar display case:
Back on the pain train Sunday, fasted til this smoked brilliance (beef chuck ribs)

I miss Arse's Fatty Rewind too
But, we can all combine to make up for it if we post our carb loads on Monday mornings
Well done on the food sir

Started cutting water
Go on...
not ideal. would prefer to not have to cut water and mess with my sodium. Ideally I would already be shredded and not have to really worry about my water.
but I lost a month of prep time when I was told the contest was gonna be in july, started prepping that way for a month, before finding out the show was really june 18th. been rushing my prep ever since
it's my first show and I'm training myself

awesome way to lose weight without doing cardio
add it to a session of HIIT and the weight melts off

I did the bone scan last week too. Was that water weight thing a joke or is that really on there?
Posted on 6/13/16 at 10:07 am to Lester Earl

Just sayin.
Not scared crew:
Nitro
Busbeepbeep
Doldil
Mirliton
Hulklogan
Somebody else, can't remember.
Maybe if they'd let Arseinclarse post again, we could get a before of his pasty white arse with no tan and bewbs.

56 right hand, 57 left hand. I'm a leftie. No clue if those numbers good or bad.
Posted on 6/13/16 at 10:59 am to busbeepbeep
Yea that is the low end of above average according to the charts I looked at. Mine were 53 on each hand, I was right in the same area
Posted on 6/13/16 at 11:07 am to Lester Earl
I've deadlifted 500lbs without straps before so I'm not sure what that number tells me if it's low.

Back on board. Had a few weeks of vacation/slacking. Managed not to gain, but also haven't made progress. Ugh.
Here's to hoping the carb withdrawal symptoms pass quickly.
