Took a rest day from gym, was feeling exhausted last night. Needed some sleep. Gonna go for a walk this evening, still.
Found a cool website on r/loseit:

Love how all these different formulas show me a substantial weight loss over time, but I've been flirting with 205 the last 3-4 months.
Something ain't right. Maybe skipping cheat days all together will help tremendously and probably need to track a lot more.
Confusing because I burn on average ~3,200+ calories a day and am never eating anywhere near more than 2,500 (Except some Saturdays or Sundays).

Disappointing. Gonna drop my cals to 1800/day for a week and see how that goes. If not satisfactory, time to go back to keto pain train.
I expected to be slightly disappointed since I had pizza Friday, but otherwise I kept my cals under 2k/day, so didn't expect to gain 3 pounds.

You should do it for more than a week before going back to keto

Well, the thought in that moment was that I've already been off of keto for 2 weeks, so give it one more with reduced calories. I do think I need to be more patient, though. Easy to be impatient.

Reintroducing carbs causes water weight gain so you are fine. Just keep going/stabilize/then lose again.

I'm in the gym 4-5 days/week. I get up at 4:45AM mon, tue, thurs, fri. 30 minutes on weights, then 30 minutes @ 3.0 speed, 7.5 incline on the treadmill. While I'm not going to make tons of #gainz with that regimen, it's also certainly not a lack of exercise. I consider mowing my yard a workout also since I push mow and it takes 2 hours.
