Yep. Basically khaki shorts, Levis, polo shirts or oxford button downs with Sperry's.
That's what great about dressing in timeless classics. It never goes out of style.

Not sure where I could find a Members Only jacket today.
Anybody else wear a mullet poodle-permed in the back, or was that just my hillbilly high school?

[qJNCOsuote]Uh no, bellbottoms, paisley shirts and wide belts died a deserved death and shouldn't ever be seen again[/quote].
I'm in there with you. All jeans were bellbottoms and dress pants were flared. I also had a pair of red, white and blue wingtips.
I wore football jerseys all the time and a lot of them were cut off. We had six packs back then too but no one called them that.
My buddies were a lot like the guys in Dazed & Confused. We dressed down as often as possible.
ETA: Class of 77.

A typical outfit would be Dickies, Converse One Stars, and RATM shirt. I still see some kids wearing essentially wearing the same clothes but I would feel silly as shite in them as a 37 yo.
Almost forgot the always classy wallet chain.

I wore Abercrombie and Fitch almost exclusively, so no, not a chance. I am not near the douche I used to be. I did work at one of their stores after high school though, and that was the best job ever. It was near effortless to find worthy prospects. Ah, the good ol' days.

anybody cut that stupid V in the legs of their jeans...?
Wait....is that not ok anymore? Like just a small slit to make them fit around shoes better? Asking for a friend.

I wear pretty much the same thing. Different hair style.

Olathe. Those looked pretty close to my old riding boots. They traveled many miles and spurred the hide off of a few pretty rank bulls along the way

Class of 1996
I remember my overalls were freaking comfy as hell
And I remember wearing a lot of ringer tees
And empire waist dresses

Same here. I have an Abercrombie jacket that is probably 15 years old. I had several button down shirts for years. I doubt they make anything I would wear anymore.
i'm in that number too... got into Abercrombie right after high school, but in HS it was Tommy Hilfiger and Nautica polo shirts, baggy/bootcut frayed at the bottom jeans, and Doc Martin boots...

Have solid colored polos gone out of style yet?
Posted on 4/22/16 at 1:52 pm to Hopeful Doc
I still wear Nautica polos, striped and solid.

Wranglers or levies
FTL or Hanes non v neck undershirt
Polo styled collard shirt or a long sleeve buttoned down/western style shirt
socks and medium toe cowboy boots.
I wore some other stuff occasionally but 90% of the time I was in the above. I wear dang near the same thing now.

If I could have my high school hair to go with it. At least it was straight leg jeans.
