Not talking about this incident but I don't understand the town of Zachary. Went from nothing to "best public school system in state" to I don't know what it is now. All pretty quickly. Just weird for an outsider looking in. I am sure the locals could explain the transformations.

This post is dumb. How will it turn into the new Baker when they all kinds of ordinances on restricting housing. You have to have like 500 signatures from your neighbors to even add a trailer. And the only new constructions they allow are the cookie cutter neighborhoods. Unless some "thugs" have $200k to drop on a house, Zachary will be the same Zachary.

Yep... Happened by a family member's classroom.. I understand the perp to be an afro American football player. One that was "babied" by the powers that be. Looks to have blown up in their faces to be sure.

You can go to any school you want if you claim to be homeless. They are also shipping in kids from across that new bridge they built. Can't remember the name but it is really bringing down the school by having a bunch of...outsiders...coming in.

Curious how the furniture still looks in both the Zachary and Baker Libraries? In what seems like another lifetime ago, I sold all of it when those libraries were new.
Can't believe people would actually live there though. The crime is truly out of control. NOLA=Houston> Zachary + Baker. Am I doing this right?
