The bread in that Darrells picture made me hungrier than I already was.

I won't vote for Parkway as they picture an oyster poboy...which is an impossibility there most days. And the Houma joint...slices of American cheese...WTF?
Ye Ole College Inn looks legit (though I still see cheese which I wouldn't want). Locally, that Magic Grill roast beef leaves Parkway roast beef in the dust, and I'm being honest. No contest, taste wise.

Bayou Blue Po-Boy makes a damn fine roast beef, had it several times and always really good. Its not quite as sloppy as the one from Frost Top in Thibodaux which is excellent if you like a sloppy roast beef. however, my favorite in the greater Houma/Thibodaux metropolis is the bacon Wrapped Shrimp Po-Boy from Griffins with the soft shell crab po-boy from Blackies in Lockport running a real close second. I get one of each maybe twice a year on account of my cholesterol not wanting to go through the roof.

Now I want fried oysters for breakfast.

It's there, Mr. Balls. Pour another cup of coffee, and consider going Irish.

But Parkway's roast beef is probably their worst one. Shrimp all the way

It's a damn good poboy with some badass gravy. They can be a little skimpy on the roast beef though imo..

It ain't overstuffed for sure, but it has a great flavor.
And Matisyeezy, at Parkway, the shrimp version is very good.

RB, dressed, with Tabasco and a Barq's

No Bevi, no care. Also, New Orleans original daiquiris on Carrollton & St. Charles has the best roast beef.
