Nice! The guys at Shank are awesome. We've been getting our christmas and thanksgiving day meats from them and they've been excellent.

I'm guessing they prefer the rent on St. Claude as opposed to Uptown.

ETA: Having chicken and quinoa tonight, but also gonna bake some avocado fries. First time so will post pics.

I watched other people eat Deano's and then went home and ate a stuffed bellpepper (no rice or other carby ingredients).

Tried the avocado fries and the results were mixed.
Need to season the avocado prior to baking. Anyone have any experience with these?

I did make a nice Greek yogurt sauce with chili powder and cayanne.
