Selling a mobile home with sewer treatment plant and electrical work done. Any guesses on value?

Dimensions and condition?

this will not go well for you.

Add in the F250 King Ranch as a package deal. Throw in truck nutz to seal the deal.

Maybe give some details if you want a decent answer.

Is it Ricky's or Julian's?

How many miles does it have?

Seriously, go to nada.com. You can get a quick appraisal online for about $20

How high is it on pilings?

Figures tigerdroppings would double up as a Kelly's blue book site for trailers.

I'm thinking between 0 - $500
Trailers are horrible investments. Where a typical home will more than likely appreciate in value, trailers do the opposite - they depreciate in value just like a car.

A lot less then when you bought it new!

I would not do any updates to a mobile home, doesn't add a dime in value.

The value goes way down if it has to be moved. If it can be kept on the property and the property is included the price will go up.
14x64 16 years old you looking at at about $10-15,000 if it can stay where its at. Add in the property value to figure a price.
If it has to be moved knock the value down %50

I bought a 2001 model 14x80 for $14,000 two years ago, if that gives you any indication.
*mine was bought off a lot and moved to a hunting camp. Moving cost $1,600
