I think I literally have everything possible. And I'm not even kidding.
What's the best way to destroy and start over? Roundup was too weak. Or maybe I didn't use enough.

Roundup then let it die and then till the whole thing. Plant desired type of grass.

Spray it good with weed free zone (mix in a pump sprayer not the end of hose attachment) and see what happens in a few weeks

Okay. Looks like I have a project.
I'm going to need a tank of Roundup.

Sell your trailer home and move into an apartment.

Start off with 24-d. Don't spray round up. Looks like mostly broadleaf weeds and poa annua which will die with warmer temps. Kill the broadleafs and fertilize that shite.

If he can sail his trailer home and rent an apartment, he can avoid his lawn problem forever

Round up is a band aid. He obviously doesn't care about lawn maintenance.

If I were you I would hire a lawn care company like True Green. Any lawn can be brought back but u have to apply the right products and actually put forth a little effort.
I have turned some yards around that looked like the Sahara desert in just a couple months.

Yep. Desperate times call for such measures.
They will put down pre-emergent next winter that will keep most of that stuff from even sprouting in spring. Start the program now.

I'm going to do this. I believe in myself.

I concur on TruGreen. Additionally, once you have some grass growing, let it grow tall and cut often (aka not cutting more than 1/3rd of grass blades). Once that grass starts growing taller and thicker, it'll choke out those weeds in a hurry.
