Why would the LSU job be better than the Bama job?

I would think the biggest reason is that at LSU, Board of Trustees don't call your offensive coordinator at his house the night after a game.

I've lived in both places, and while Bama does come with some pressure, the LSU fanbase can meltdown and turn on you with the best of them.

one example: look how Michigan, Nebraska and ND started to tank when they couldn't come and arse-rape Louisiana for recruits. That started with Dinardo. I know there is more to than that, but it bears mentioning.
Oh, I almost forgot Miami. If you look back at the skill players for the teams I mentioned; you will find many were from LA when those teams were on top.
