Memento also(I tried but it felt like the case of an author who wrote his book and now he has to read it again.)
I'm sure there are other movies that are one-offs, not because they are disturbing or bad...but they invite the one-off by their very structure and story.
Un-rewatchable great films because they rely too much on the reveal.

I'll add The Book Thief. That was a pretty powerful movie.
