2.5% was the company wide raise. We also lost between 50-100m this year though.

None, but I make another 60% of my salary by consulting on the side...f those cheapass morons. They don't understand why all the top talent keeps leaving, we all just make our easy cash and roll out after a few.

I had probably the best possible year I could have, was underpaid compared to the open market, and threatened to leave, so I got 23%. I don't imagine sniffing double digits again for a long time

I got 4.8%, but I was also put on a 15% annual bonus plan of the new salary. So effectively about 20.5%

Salaries are locked for the year. We didn't lay anyone off like every other local company in O&G, so silver lining and all that.

2% and the usual, "you are at the top of the pay scale"...but I'm good with it because my margin based bonus' can be really sweet.

Mine was a whole 3.74% after getting the highest rating possible. I got an average rating last year and got 3.2%. It will only be worth it if i get this other position I'm interviewing for on Monday. I work for a big pharma company and they screwed everyone on raises and bonuses.

None and only a 2% bonus. But then again I'm planning on leaving in a month for the Navy.

I got a little over 5%. If I were to get that again this year, I'd be pretty ecstatic.
