HOA Dues around Baton Rouge?

Can any help with telling me what HOA dues are at U Club and Santa Maria are? Also are there any amenities included in that?

In university club I pay 420 a quarter. Covers security and landscape

The steeper the price, the better the amenities. The landscaping is better, the neighborhood is cleaner, better neighbors.
Then, depending on how the HOA wants to do it, the neighborhood can have daily patrols to deter crime

HOAs are generally full of short men personalities who enjoy having a little power for once in their lifetime, however the only thing worse than a subdivision with an active HOA, is a subdivision without an HOA

University club is $345 a quarter. Pays for the guard, upkeep of the common areas and membership to the gym, pools and tennis
