Wasn't that the fumble that was eventually picked up by Ward and then fumbled again? During actual game time it looked like Newton was trying to play the ball. Instead of jumping into a pile.

he could learn a thing or two from his own teammates. kuechly and olsen were both awesome in postgame

This is fricking gold. Everyone expected Cam to expose the Denver D, not the other way around. It was the common pick by everyone. Then Cam sucks it up, and shows why everyone truly hates him, not cause you're black or a thief or whatever but because you can't be humble in defeat like he is in victory.

I agree... it was a team effort on offense... OL didn't block, WRs didn't catch, Olsen couldn't get open, RBs fumbled and didn't break tackles... and Cam had several overthrows.
I do think cam played better than his numbers indicate... not that it matters. The turnovers were team screw ups, not all on Newton. Cam also had some effective runs and avoided some pressure when he could.

I hate cam but I don't think he wimped out on the fumble. It looked more like a brain fart than him trying to avoid contact; notice the fact he immediately regretted his direction change and went for the ball. That's more indicative of a panicked brain fart than wimping out IMO and it happens all the time in sports. Lsu players do it every other game. The panthers had been through zero adversity this season and it showed; Denver got in the heads of everyone on the offense, and their performance suffered. Lol at the people in here defending Cam's performance. He was awful from the get-go.

People are just bashing him because they hate him. I don't think any rational fans think Cam is a pussy. Dude is a running QB in the NFL, for god's sake.

Idiots are writing MVP as if he didn't deserve it. He is the MVP of the 2015 regular and that has nothing to do with playoff or Super Bowl performances. So yeah, he is the MVP so deal with it haters, racist haters at that.
