I'd love Vernon. He's underrated. Not sure what he'd cost.
I think they'll look for an older vet on the d line. They went after B. Mebane a few years back. I think they'll go after him again.

If you could somehow get Vernon to agree to a deal that pays anywhere from 7-9 million a season I would pull the trigger and find a way to make the money work. However in FA teams compete and overpay all the time...Vernon may be a pipe dream.

Our safety play was actually good this year, it could be better as for as takeaways go. Everything else I could agree with.

I wouldn't mind seeing Brian Quick in a Saints uniform. He still has good size and decent speed. He just hasn't had anyone to throw to him his whole career. Saints could get him for pretty cheap.

I think Denver has 4 or 5 defensive free agents. I wouldn't be upset at 1 or 2 especially if 1 is Danny Trevathan or Malik Jackson

A role player in.a D that features Von Miller, Demarcus Ware, Shane Ray, Jonathan Trevathan among others at LB alone... Would never benefit us. Their supporting cast could never be matched.
