How many of you have killed a 130" buck not on a pay hunt or high fence? Mine is a nine point killed on the last day of deer season. I was a guest and they didnt kill a buck all year. They were very good guys though. Lots of pics and gawks and the usual jokes about me not being allowed back.lol.

I got 2 150+ on the wall. Both free range louisiana deer. On 135-140 that was killed the same weekend as one of the 150s. Got three more in the 130 range, but they were free range Texas deer.

My biggest buck would've scored 150 if the left side matched the right side. But, it didn't so I'm guessing 130ish 10pt.
I was still pumped. Too long ago though.

My biggest one at 148. Have another that grosses right at 130. Also killed a 10 pt about 12 years ago that was estimated to be 130 but never had a chance to score it and the mount was stolen a few years ago so I'll never know.

I'm a charter member of the 110" club.

I have two. An 8 that grossed 131 and a 10 that was 150.

Big problem with this is the only standard is Boone and Crockett.
Who scored the deer, what system did they use?
The gold standard is the B&C club using an official score sheet done by an official scorer, but few actually do that, so that leaves every body on their own, and obviously everyone is going to score their own generously. Then you have places that sell "canned" hunts that charge by the inch, they will do everything possible to record every single inch possible including stretching the tape, scoring every little bump and lump and even the bumps on the lumps. The guys that score for contest and such do the best they can, but their goal is to stay consistent. Then you have billy bob who just looks at a rack and gives it a score
At the end of the day if you kill something you are proud of, that is what it is all about, not some number

I shot this deer in Wisconsin a few years ago... Not sure what he scores... might be close to 130" but he is my biggest so I'm posting it.
