should it be a crime to have sex w/ someone w/o revealing certain things?

For example, if you were a Post-Op tranny.
Or you were underage.
Or you had some sort of incurable STD.
The list could go on and on.
What does the OT think? It's something that could cause irreparable harm to someone else, so does the impetus lie with the person who holds that knowledge?
This is a spinoff from the Tranny Thread.

The STD thing? yes. I actually think you can go to jail if you have the HIV and give it to someone else during sex without telling them.
The tranny thing.....look at the adams apple and the hands. usually a dead give away. so if you go home with a tranny I think its more user error than anything.

Absolutely 100% w/out a doubt. Many states have laws on non-AIDS disclosure IIRC

Okay, what about the other things?
If irreparable harm is the standard, where is the line?

How far do you want to take it though?
Lying about both control?
Lying about being married?
Lying about being a talent agent?
Lying about being in a band?

this already is a crime.

The STD and underage thing yes, but that's because those can kill you or someone can go to jail. Nothing but I guess shame comes from fricking a post op chick. That doesn't ruin someone's life.

lying about having a job opening and fricking on the couch acting like a talent manager? oh wait...
the birth control thing is fricked up but the dude has to be smarter than that.

With the standard of "rape" with the SJW crowd being "sex acts you regret at any point"...I don't know...

You banged an under age, post op tranny with the herp didn't you?

1. If you have an STD - absolutely. Some states already recognize that as a crime, and all of them should
2. If you're underage - torn on this. If a guy picks up an underage girl at a bar that requires her to be 18 to enter and she doesn't tell the guy she's underage, she should be responsible for that. Now if the guy picks her up from a high school football game he should know. There should be a "reasonable to assume the person is of age" clause that applies to situations like meeting someone at a bar who got in with a fake ID
3. Tranny - honestly this is on you. If you don't realize she was a he until a couple days later, that's your problem. And if you realize it before initiating the act, it's your decision how to proceed

We're talking about fricking, not fighting.

How would an underage person be charged, if they're not old enough to consent? I'm not saying they shouldn't tell you; just trying to think through how it would work.

STDs? Absolutely.
Transexual? Absolutely not. If you're too dumb to be able to tell, then that is on you.
