So long as the info can harm the person that's ignorant of it. It can't simply be that the ignorant person wouldn't like the truth...if that were the case we'd potentially have to start criminalizing lies told about the number of previous partners, etc.

Why wouldn't not being on birth control fall into the same realm?

AIDS, yup. At a minimum should be charged with assault or battery, possibly manslaughter. Would also open them up to lawsuits

If you pick up a chick in a bar that's 18 or 21 to get in, you shouldn't be able to be charged. That's BS.

Banging a tranny is all on you. If you're all up in her butt and don't see the penis and balls flopping around right there, that's nobody's fault but your own

If they ask I think you should have to be 100% honest. I don't think you need to go reveal your whole life story if they don't ask.

Certainly should be a crime if the other party is being purposely mislead like having sex with a minor. People that knowingly have an STD and don't inform the other person deserve a bat to the teeth. Post-Op tranny shouldn't be illegal but it's still messed up IMO.

"Are you really a woman?"

That's a bold pickup line.

I feel like some trannys get off on taking advantage of drunk people like they are getting the other sex back for something. Like picking up a shitfaced guy at a bar and knowing the guy would never hook up with them if he knew. if that makes any sense

You could say the same with any unfortunate looking person I suppose.

But at least an ugly chick is still a chick.

Not that I would ever be in that situation but if I found out a few days later that I hooked up with a tranny when blackout drunk, I don't really think I would be pissed off about it. I would be grossed out and have a legendary moral hangover but I wouldn't be out looking for blood. shite, I would prob go to an AA meeting

Had a sixteen year old almost get a few of my fraternity brothers thrown in jail because she showed up, said she was in college, then jumped in bed with guy after guy.

Multiple sessions with the police and the university, plus phone calls from her mom. Today we would've been thrown off of campus and a few guys would be in jail. Back then they didn't just take one person's word for it.

I never leave the house without disclosure forms and keep a notary on 24 hour call.

Well I mean if you are questioning it. They went through a procedure to change their sex because they don't feel like a male, I don't think they need to run around yelling I used to be a man to the world.

STD, tranny, underage they should say something--at least a warning shot.
If they are really ugly in a dimly lit bar at nighttime, they should also tell you that, especially if they suspect you are drunk or otherwise visually impaired.

If an ugly chick brings home a trashed guy from the bar and bangs him, is it rape?

I think so, in some states. Like the state of drunkenness.
