Clayton and Duper...

not bad players, but not exactly elite either. If those are the 2 guys that come to mind, that is pretty weak history.

Davone Bess 2x

Very impressive, given Marino had Mark Duper and Mark Clayton.

Collins was a free agent so how do any of you he would have chosen New Orleans?

How did he become a free agent? Ah yes because no one drafted him. I don't care what his agent said. You take 1st round talent in the 6th or 7th and call his bluff.

Not that it puts them at the top or anything, but I'd put Paul Warfield above all but Clayton.

Probably wouldn't have 100 catches with us. We spread the ball to a lot of different targets.

8 Pro Bowls , just shy of 140 tds and almost 18,000 yrds between the two...come on man... That's pretty good company.

They were both elite. You might be right about Dolphin receivers in general, but you're wrong about those two.

Edit: Just looked at their all time list. Nat Moore was a great one too. He played during a less pass-happy era, though.

Their all-time list is not particularly strong. Probably it's below average. But it's better than the Saints.
