the only weights i use during ab exercises is a dumbell(i use 55lb, but work your way up each week) on a decline bench and go up side to side, it'll kill you but damn it works
everything else is leg throws, side to sides, and misc typical ab exercises
cycle between them in a circuit style workout

Abs aren't going to make your life any better.

What's wrong with dairy, and, especially milk?

That sounds pretty hardcore.

Stop eating dairy, bread and sugar. 6 pack by spring time.

Abs are made at the table, not in the gym.
Ab definition is largely genetic on top of that.
SO - you have to have the proper genetics, first and foremost. Second, even with good genetics, you're going to have to restrict carbs and get a fairly low bodyfat composition - the break point, for most men, is about 15% or so before they become visible (again, genetics may make that a little easier for some).
Finally, even with good genetics and low bodyfat, you may have to dehydrate during a cut phase to get aesthetically pleasing abdominal definition.
And, unless your living requires this (modeling, acting, bodybuilding or physique competition) it is simply not worth it.

Lactose is sugar, baw. Sweet, creamy sugar.

Unless you are prepping for a photo shoot I see no reason for you to worry about 6 pack abs. I would rather be swolejacked.with African ape strength
It's one of my life long dreams to have a 6 pack. I've been African ape strength before. I wanna be model like. I have the face, hair and skin complexion down.

It causes inflammation. I've always been pretty lean but I looked more ripped once I cut out milk.

I know abs are made in the kitchen. Your whole body is made in the kitchen, really.
I like what the guy on Fitmencook says:
BUT, I do know that your abdominal muscles are just like any other muscle, that resistance training can make them bigger.
This is what I'm trying to gain more advice on. Believe me, I have diet down.

I don't know if 'bigger' is what you want with abs - 'denser' probably your better term.
Let's assume for the sake of argument you just want to increase abdominal strength - AND you're doing exercises that require core stabilization in your major muscle group workouts (mainly, I'm thinking about squats) -
Your best bodyweight ab exercises are going to be planks, ab wheel rollouts, and hanging toes to bar (or hanging toe wipers).
Progressing with planks:
Elbows, 2 sets of 2 minutes
Full "push up" position, 2 sets of 2 minutes
Feet on bench (and you can drop back to elbows for 1 cycle, if necessary, then up to full push up position), 2 sets of 2 minutes
Hands on mini trampoline, feet on bench, 2 sets of 2 minutes
If that doesn't work your abs, they can't be worked, baw.
Ab wheel rollouts are no joke, either.
Hanging toe raises or wipers requires lots of build up, but are monster exercises as well.

Press sit ups on a decline bench or GHD using dumbbells or kettle bells.
