No need for anything weighted. Hanging leg raises and intense bouts of cardio.

I do the hanging leg raises. I can do all that bodyweight stuff. A BROTHA WANTS MASS.
And I haven't had milk in years. I have goat cheese at times, but that's not bad

Get a friend to punch you in the stomach while you tighten up.

Adding mass to your abs won't help when the root of the problem is that you carry too much fat in your mid section.

Do you have visible abs now or not? If I recallyiu actually carry a bit of lean mass already so I doubt that's the issue. If you lift regularly and don't have abs its because you carry too much fat. I think people don't really understand just how little fat you need to have over your abs for them to really show. It can also be genetic.

Yeah, I know I carry a little more over my midsection than most genetically. I've come to terms with that. I know it doesn't take much fat to cover the abs, but I'm pretty good at keeping myself lean and I am pretty shredded. I guess I just want bigger.

Unless you are prepping for a photo shoot I see no reason for you to worry about 6 pack abs. I would rather be swolejacked.with African ape strength

This is all I use. Ripped me up to shreds.
Seriously though, abs are made in the kitchen. I recently cut about 15lbs and low and behold I have a six pack now.
