What would it be? I'm torn between fettuccine alfredo and chicken and dumplings.

Sweet Potato, if it can be cooked anyway I'd like.
As a single dish, a good jambalaya is the favorite.

Can we classify it as a meal? If it would be for only comfort in a dream scenario and not for health or longevity I would want...

Fried Chicken
Mashed Potatoes w/gravy
Fried Corn on the Cob
Fried Okra

I'm not sure if this is actually true. But I've heard the potato is the only food that a you can eat by itself with nothing else long term without dying.

A well balanced meal so I don't end up a fat pig like the rest of you eating fettuccine, fries, and pizza every meal

I heard that too, but I don't think it's true. I think the only food you can completely survive on is breast milk ..... so that's my answer.
