I vote No!

Handled this about as bad as he could have. His demeanor after the game was horrible. Came across upset he had to be there saying what he did. Just terrible for LSU. We need someone who can represent LSU as Skip Bertman did.

Yes

He's doing his JOB. Making money for the university athletics and finding coaches.

Athletics are making more money than ever.

New facilities are being built to bring all sports up to tier 1 level, e.g. the new tennis facility, softball, gymnastics and basketball practice facilities.

He's 50% on new head coaches.

Johnny and Torina - good
Caldwell and Trent - bad

He said he wouldn't make a comment on Les until after the season. Guess what he didn't. He doesn't control the media and their agenda to make Les a martyr were he to be fired. As you all know a decision wasn't made til the 3rd Quarter. WTF was he supposed to do... lie. It wasn't fully his decision, since King ultimately made the decision.

If anything Alexander King should be fired. He should of been fired when he decided to have a mid-life crisis during the school year when we were receiving more cuts. After that donors were feeling sketchy about the university and we lost some donors because our president was saying LSU was going to go under with all these cuts, when LSU is not even close to filing bankruptcy.

Athletics give back to the university every year, King needs to stay in his fricking office and just sign papers. He shouldn't have say in anything athletics much less the university at this point.

F King Alexander and Joe Alleva should both be shown the door for the way they handled this and tarnished the LSU brand.

Yes, I think so. However, F. King needs to stay out of athletic decisions that involve no university money.

Yes! Any employer should be able to apply pressure on an under performing employee. Maybe the optics weren't all that pretty, but I think Les got the message.

I couldn't care less either way, but my only problem with him was how he basically let LSU get burned in the media all week instead of squashing the rumors from the start.

Hell yes he should keep his job. Media fricked this whole deal up. Joe is being made the "scape goat".

Alexander didn't help matters either.

If you think Johnny is a good hire, you're losing it... The guy hasn't done anything with the talent he's bringin into the program. NOTHING! Why? We get outcoached!

If the article I read is true, Alleva was staying strong for a solid deal and buyout. Alexander swooped in and destroyed the deal and weakened LSU sports brand for years to come. He's only been here since 2013 and hes done nothing but bring bad things to our university.

I disliked Alleva before but now I see he tried to do what was best for our program and university.

Neither Alleva nor King call the shots for LSU athletics. Alleva is just the face of the department. LSU athletics is controlled by the TAF and it's primary boosters. Blame for this debacle needs to be placed on the people behind the scenes pulling Alleva's strings.

Depends on who is actually running the circus and why things turned out like they did.
