1st place: $375/mo for my part of a 4 bedroom apt - University House Brightside

Last apt: $1200 for a 1br - Southgate
Last place: $1250 for a 1250sqft house - Southdowns

All in BR. The rest of the 10 years I spent in BR were somewhere in between those. Moving into the house by myself was well worth the cost

I just graduated. I rent a house for 900 a month. Considering it's less than five years old not too bad. Also a 3 bedroom.

$300 a month for a 2 BR townhouse on Starboard. Gardere wasn't bad back then. I paid 1/2 of that.

Then I moved to a 1 BR in Tigerland for $250/month. Again, Tigerland wasn't bad like it is now.

Warwick on Jefferson Highway

Was $810 for a single bedroom with electricity included about 7 years ago. I think a small student discount was included in that rate.

$750, split with a roommate. Was a nice 2 bedroom, upstairs and downstairs.

Good ole days. Pay triple that now just for me.
