why are people saying LSU admin/boosters are turning this into a shitshow

OTHER THAN that idiot BOS guy, Anderson, what the hell have others done? Alleva has been mute. all others have been mute (officially).
it's the media, local and national, that's turned this into a shitshow. and they are selling sensation for ad ratings.
all of these fan rumors are just as much to blame. it is now CONSIDERED FACT that Alleva leaked stuff out, Miles firing is a done deal, Jimbo Fisher is lined up to take over, etc, etc. the fans stating these things AS FACT have no idea what they are talking about.
some of our fanbase run with rumors because it's what they WANT to happen, not because it's factual. they are like a drunk lyching mob. the truth is not important, just hang the guy because we hate him.
there has been zero info coming out of the administration. sure, that says a lot but the season is not over and performance evals are usually held at seasons ends.

Les turned this into a shite show with his coaching and his team's performances. If they had even been anywhere close to well coached the last 3 weeks, this wouldnt be an issue.

The shitshow started when Alleva leaked info then backed it up with a "No comment" publically, allowing the power brokers to leak additional info to an eager media.
This all could have been handled privately via agents on the same timeline, then after (or even before) the A&M game they could have negotiated Les's exit and announced the new coach after the new coach's last game. Sure, there would have been rumors, but it wouldn't be this bad without Alleva getting the ball rolling.

Fan rumors are to blame for what? Miles's poor performance? I doubt that. He should have left several years ago, but not there should be no reasonable doubt that he is not going to get things done right. Time to face it.

Ok here is the deal. Jimbo is going through a divorce due to his wife sleeping with a black assistant coach at Florida St. This is more the reason he is ready to leave Florida St. Ed Orgeron is leaving now for the head coach at Syracuse. It's pretty much a done deal and will be announced soon. Very soon.

Why has Alleva been mute? Why hasn't he just said, "We evaluate our programs at the end of the season every year. Les Miles is our coach. Anything else is rampant speculation."

Pretty simple. Alleva made a choice with the assistant contracts. Now that this stuff is out, he has no comment. He's not standing behind the current head coach.

Taking anything people say on a message board as fact is kinda stupid. IMO But with that said it is kinda fun to speculate on what could, should and might happen and who our next coach might or might not be.
Now as far the media those clowns just want eyeball and ears whether they make shite up or not. Think about how many of same ones are saying Miles should be fired are the exact ones saying everyone's stupid if they do. So really IMO they have as much credibility as average person on the message board save a very few.

There is little doubt this started from within the AD office.. Alleva has always stated that he doesn't evaluate until the season is complete which gives him complete cover when says no comment.. The BOS interview last week all but confirmed that the leak came from high within the administration which means Alleva. The reasons why.. To many to speculate but they revolve around emotion and inexperience dealing with the frenzy of the lsu football rumor machine. They've painted themselves into a corner that will put egg on the face of the AD regardless of the outcome.

Coaching searches are hell now with message boards, social media, and all the sports networks. In the past, having things take a few weeks or a month probably wasn't a big deal as schools could keep a lid on things. I think that is why hiring pro coaches is almost impossible. Fanbases can't wait until a pro season is done for the season to play out (plus, it can put you behind the 8 ball in recruiting, having to wait). Michigan did almost everything perfectly last year, and even then, NFL insiders were saying right up until the end that Harbaugh wasn't going to college and people on these boards did not believe it. It's hard to tell who is trolling and who has good info anymore.
