Would he leave is Alma Mater for a larger more established program? Or is he committed to building Texas Tech?

What are the opinions of fans or close observers of him as a head coach?

I haven't heard his name thrown out there and I'm curious if this is because the perception is that he is committed to staying or if the perception is he isn't ready for a slightly bigger program.
I understand he has a .500 record as a head coach so I can see that people might want more data before he'd get an offer but his offensive focus and overall "style" seems like it would be an easy sell for programs looking for a rebound... Maybe someplace like Miami?

Thoughts?

He doesn't even deserve the deal he currently has at Tech, I don't think any big boys are going to come calling until he actually does something of note

Uh, he sucks. TT will probably fire him in a year or two.

He ain't getting an upper-tier job when he's having a hard enough time keeping his mid-level job.

Coach Gosling will continue to coach HerpAggie as long as he brings .500 or better home.

One of my teachers husbands played with him at Texas Tech and still keep in touch and he absolutely loves it there. It's going to be damn near impossible to draw him away.
