John Harbaugh would be a good fit at LSU

He is a pro style coach and that is obviously LSU's bread and butter. His NFL rings and expertise will excite elite talent all over the south and other areas, and induce them to come play here. He also has a good track record fielding good defenses.

He wouldn't be a gimmicky flash in the pan style hire and his ability to win in the trenches would help LSU compete and beat Alabama and other top SECw teams consistently.

And before you laugh at the thought of a successful NFL head coach leaving for a college program that he has absolutely no ties to, sources a few years back were saying that John Harbaugh was expressing interest in coaching in college.

Lulz

Nice troll.

JH isn't leaving Michigan unless it's for the NFL.

Leaving this up for my shame.

John Harbaugh would be a homerun hire of epic proportions.

Remember when Saban was hired at Alabama? ESPN showed him getting off the plane, fans were going crazy and it was a huge story...?

John Harbaugh going to a college - ANY college - would be a huge story and a damned impressive hire. He's one of the few coaches who could show up and genuinely compete with Nick Saban to be the best coach in the SEC in year one.

Both Harbaughs are crybaby coaches. I can't stand watching either one of them.

I was gonna put this in the thread that got whacked, he is not having a great time in Baltimore right now either. He doesn't have much college experience that concerns me when it come to recruiting, which is a huge part of the job

Have and upvote sir. Even Mike Smith. Great defensive coach. Could probably get a great OC to come in and develop the qbs.

This belongs in the coaching changes board, some people refuse to obey the signs, and they call Les ignorant.
