So if Cameron is gone, who in the world would want the OC job at LSU given Miles so called "hands on" approach with the offense. I damn sure wouldnt.......

Leonard. Fournette.
any reasonable OC would want to coach this kid.

Not if I am good and have offers from others.

I agree. Especially if they know Miles is here for a short time. We may be stuck with Cam until Miles leaves.

A job that pays hundreds of thousands dollars a year to not reinvent the wheel?
frick it. If no one want it I will take it.

Give me the LSU playbook and I'll tell Les Miles to go funk himself. I'm dropping 70 points a game on everyone.

dumb post.
Fournette is here for only 1 more year. You expect an OC to make a career decision like this based on getting one year with Fournette? Just plain dumb.

The extent to which Miles is involved with the offense has never been determined.
If I were an up and coming OC with an extremely high opinion of myself and my skills, looking to put my name on the map I would take the job.

That sounds more like a career-killer for someone in that position.

Everyone wants it. A dual threat QB with the arm that BH has, coupled with some of the biggest, fastest and most athletic WRs you could imagine, in addition to the best college football player in the country. Why wouldn't you want it?
It would go like this:
Alleva/Les: "Coach XXX, are you interested in becoming OC here at LSU?"
Coach XXX: "Absolutely! My only concern is if you can guarantee me that I will have full control over running my offense. Can you promise me that?"
The ball is in Alleva/Les' hands. They can either make this program great again or they can sink into mediocrity. I think they see the light. I think we will make a change for the better. That being said, I also don't want or think they will hire a spread OC. They should get the best pro-style coordinator in the biz thats available.

Thank you. Possibly the dumbest post I've seen.

we had to go to the bargain bin for defensive coordinator. gonna be even harder to find an OC.

Honestly going into the year everyone was saying LSU was young. Since they beat Miss St, and Florida all the sudden people thought they would win the title. Let's look at it for what it's worth. The QB is horrible, if you stop #7 and make Harris beat you it can't be done. So why don't people calm down and get ready for next year.
