Have you ever known someone that committed murder?

One of my old friends dad killed his wife in England a few years ago. Some of you may have seen this story, I think it was on Dateline. He stabbed her like 30 times, so crazy. I think he thought she was cheating on him or something. Now he's in jail in England for life. Have you ever known someone that killed another person?

yep...I say it was self defense however, the courts said it was murder and sent him to angola for 30 years...

Just one, Childhood friend got involved in drugs and ended up killing a gang member. He turned himself into police and is currently in prison for life.

Yes and they never found the body but found enough evidence to send him to prison for 1st degree.

One of my uncles killed a guy about 35 years ago. They were both drunk and fighting and the other guy pulled a knife on him. He ended up getting the knife and killing the guy with it. Found not guilty due to self defense.

Yeah he used to work for me. It was a bar fight that got out of control. He took a plea deal and got off with probation to testify against another guy who is now in jail for life

Knew a guy who killed his kids then shot a State Trooper with a high powered rifle. Knew the Trooper too.

Went to HS with some losers that killed an old lady for drugs/money.

Yes a few. None that I associated with but not too far off. It isn't only trash. A friends father killed his wife and then himself when my friend was 12. He was a pediatrician.
Another friend in the neighborhood saw his father murdered in a home invasion while at his grandmothers. Friend had the gun pointed at his head and it misfired. He goes to Angola every few years to the guys parole hearing.

My dad murdered somebody. Spent a few years in jail before it got overturned for self defense.
